Fall Ice Sports Registration
Registration for Set-1 of Fall Ice Sports is now live. Set-1 runs for 5-weeks starting the week of September 9. Registration for Set-2 Ice Sports starts October 8. Set-2 runs for 11 weeks starting the week of October 15.  Programs include group skating lessons, private lessons and hockey programs. 
     
 
 
 

Adult Skating
Are you an adult who wants to learn to skate or brush up on your skills? Try taking our 
adult skating lessons, class sizes are small in order to provide you with individual attention. We offer lessons on weekday mornings for added convenience. We also offer Adult Power Skating and Hockey Skills for beginner hockey players looking to improve their skills or become confident enough to join a league. 

 

Youth Skating Lessons
If your youth wants to start skating or brush up on skills, we offer lessons for skaters between the ages of 12 and 18. This fall youth skate lessons take place on Wednesday evenings from 6:15-6:55pm and Friday evenings from 5:30-6:15pm.


School Age Skating Lessons

If your child is between the ages of 5 and 12 we have several skating lesson options: Polar Bears, School Age Level 1 to Level 8, Skate 60 Polar Bears, Skate 60 School Age Level 1 to 8. Skate 60 lessons run for 60 minutes with smaller group sizes of up to only 5 students.

 
  Preschool Skating Lessons

We offer a variety of preschool skating programs for children aged 2 to 5: Parent and Tot skating (ages 2-4), Snowbunnies (3-5) or Preschool Level 1 to Level 3 (3-5).  While we have sessions available at various times, we encourage you to consider our daytime options, as they offer a quieter, more personalized experience. Parents must be comfortable on the ice to participate in Parent and Tot skating lessons.

 
         

Specialized Hockey Programs
Each season we provide a variety of specialized programs that teach children of all ages how to play hockey, learn how to pass, shoot, stick handle and skate. For a more in-depth experience, try taking private hockey lessons. Prior to registering in a hockey program please read our Code of Conduct for City Hockey Programs.

Private lessons
We offer private skate lessons for new to experienced skaters of any age. Tailored lessons meet your personal needs in a one-on-one learning environment. Want to improve your hockey skills? Take private hockey lessons. We offer private lessons to children between the ages of five and thirteen. Improve your power and agility in a one-on-one learning environment.
 
 
 
    Public skating
Public skating will resume the week of October 15. We will have something for everyone including, parent & child skates, adult only skates, drop-in hockey, ring-stick-&-puck, Friday night toonie skates and more! Register for your session 25hrs in advance, drop-ins available if space permits.
 


Skate Shop
If you are interested in taking part in one of our skating programs, but don't have the proper equipment, we can help you out. The skate shop offers skate and helmet rentals as well as skate sharpening services. Rentals for lessons must be pre-purchased online at the time of registration.

 
         
    Withdrawal Information For camps, private lessons, workshops and 1-day programs, we require one week's notice in order to provide a refund.  For weekly programs, we will refund your account within the first or second class of our registered programs. Refunds will not be issued after the second class. A withdrawal fee of $10.00 will be charged to anyone who withdraws from a program less than eight days before the start.
